Terms + Conditions of Use

Payments + Refunds

Tiny Forest accepts payments via PayPal only. California state residents are subject to sales tax of 8.0%. Items must be paid in full before you will receive final designs. Due to the nature of product we DO NOT issue refunds. All Sales are final.

Installation of Items

All items are received via digital download. After your payment is processed you will receive a zip file, containing your purchased designs as well as installation instructions, to the email you provided at check out. Tiny Forest highly recommends that you back up your blog design &/or widgets prior to installing any of our designs. If you have an issue with installing your item please send an email to Tiny Forest is open Monday through Friday 9am-6pm PST, we are closed Saturday and Sunday and all holidays observed by the U.S. government. 

Designs + Customization

Designs are pre-made and not one-of-a-kind unless otherwise noted. You may see other websites &/or blogs with the same design elements. Tiny Forest will permit you to make changes and customization to the design &/or code however Tiny Forest is not liable for any changes made to our original designs &/or coding.

Copyright + Credits

Tiny Forest reserves the right to include a link, for credit purposes, at the bottom of your design elements. You may not remove, alter or replace the credit link. Tiny Forest owns and retains the copyright to all code and graphics and they may not be altered, copied, sold or given away. Pre-made designs purchased from Tiny Forest cannot be used for commercial use. You may not sell, distribute, share, give away or collect revenue off any portion of our pre-made designs, graphics &/or code. You may not use elements purchased on more than one website or blog.

This does not extend to web hosting partners &/or other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting business, or servicing our customers, as long as those parties agree to keep your PII safe and confidential. We may however release your information when we believe appropriate in accordance with the law, to enforce our sites policies, protect our right or others' rights, property or safety.

On occasion, we may include or offer third party &/or affiliate links for products or services. We have not enabled Google AdSense on our website &/or blog, however we have plans to do so in the future.
